Sometimes you just need to show up

Have been more or less keeping to my schedule, with the exception of yoga which I have failed to do for the last two weeks. Went climbing on Wednesday. I was quite happy after onsighting a V6 and sending two V5s (including one I had struggled with the previous week).
This morning I barely managed to get out of bed and make it to the gym. I felt tired and lazy after two drinking late nights in a row. However, for some reason, the running felt fine. I reached todays goal with no difficulty. Amazing!
P.S. My ITBS is coming back. Maybe its the lack of yoga.
