Back in the game
Inspired by G's recent thrashing of his first half-marathon, I'm going to get back in running shape (and start posting again, been admittedly off-site). Been running occasionally, mostly outside, but need a little more structure given a target of the Brooklyn Half in May.
Distance: 3 mi (treadmill)
Pace: 9:31 min/mile
Felt nice and under control, cadence ~170; HR 160 at cool-down. My general plan is to just get some regular distance under my belt, and start a structured half-marathon plan in a few weeks. Going to shoot for a race pace of 9:09 (2 hr half).
