Let's stick to it

Distance: 2:33 mi
Pace: 9:35 min/mi

That's including the cool down. The running was 2 miles @ 8:30 min/mi. Before that I did 3x5 sets of bench press (135), and 3x10 sets of dips and pull-ups (alternating between each set). I also did 3x30 seconds of planks (front and each side).

Getting back into a regular routine is always the hardest for me. I am aiming for 4 days of exercise between Mondays and Fridays in the coming month: climbing, running, weights, and yoga. Nothing too hard, but aiming for consistency. Next week I'll try to add the yoga.

On Tuesday K, Ryan, E, and I went to BKB. We all were weak, and today at the gym everything was difficult, even running two miles. The bench felt harder than it has ever felt in the last 8 years or so. There's definitely work to do...
