Some more injuries...
Looks like I have the beginning of Iliotibial band syndrome, so I decided to take it easy this week and not run until the weekend. However I did go climbing tonight at TRC with Emile. It was so nice to be back there and climb some ropes. I did, 5.8, 5.9, 5.10, 5.11 (slab), 5.11. All climbs were fun, especially the last 3. In between the climbs I did 80 burpees.
To deal with ITBS I have started using the foam roller; I will also try adding some of these stretches.
