Wow.


100 burpees for time 11:20

Crossfit games burpee standard:
At the bottom position, the Athlete's chest and hips must touch the ground. At the top of the movement, both hands must make contact with the target 6 inches above your max reach.
The target above my head really killed me. Heart rate 151bpm one minute after.

And this is insane, Mikko Salo talks about his 1000 burpees in 82 minutes...

Yeah, 100 burpees is a killer. You know we started a 100 day burpee challenge? # burpees = sequential day number.

It's not too late to catch up...
