2 mi run, easy pace (10:45-ish)
8 burpees
M and I went for an easy run on the East River. Worked on getting her continuous distance up a bit, which gave me a chance to work on mechanics. I was never really taught to run so I'm trying to focus on technique: cadence, footstrike position, posture, breathing. Felt good at an easy pace today.
