Running, week 2, 2nd hard pace intervals

Today the plan was for 8 sets of 1 min on / 1 min off. I averaged about a little under 6 min/mi for the first 3 sets and about 6:30 min/mi for the next 5. On the last set I tried to tell my legs to go faster but they were not listening anymore.



My heart beat reached 177 at its peak, which I guess is ok (although I have no barometer for what's good or not in that regard).

Tomorrow should be 8 sets of 2 min on / 1 min off at a slower pace.
