Warm-up:
dynamic squat strecthing

3x5 low-bar back squat (5x45, 5x95, 3x135, 1x165 then 3x5x185)

Getting back to the gym regularly is always tough, so I'm trying to get in daily even if its something short. Was due at the lab early for a procedure, so just managed some squats. Felt surprisingly solid at 185.
