Warm-up:
3x5 pushups/situps/squats/pullups
dynamic squat stretching
3x5 low-bar back squat (5x95, 5x135, 3x185, 1x195 then 3x5x205)
3x5 shoulder press (5x45, 5x65, 3x75 then 3x5x85)
Wow, pretty tired from the weekend (still) and double sessions yesterday. Managed to make it through the morning without aggravating a mild back strain (which I suspect arose from a big fall from the top of a V5 last night).
Squats felt really heavy, and *very* close to stalling on 5th reps. On the other hand, last set felt best out of all of them, Forgot my last press weights, ended up repeating 85 which was probably for the better - felt like a load. Focusing on pushing forward with my head and neck after the bar clears (and consequently keeping the weight up and back rather than forward) helped a lot.
No G this morning, but rumor has it he might be making a return to the gym soon...
