Working some running into the mix, which is still climbing and lifting centered. When the weather warms up and the ice clears, will hopefully head back outside. Nice and easy today - just rolled my warmup into the workout. Physically comfortable, mentally taxing to do a non-interval run. Presses felt allright but heavy, no pausing yet, go to 90 next.
Heart rate recovery was reasonable (measured with the wonky treadmill grips), though pushing past 180 in a simple easy run is a clear indicator that I need to do more aerobic work.
