Long time, no post

New year, old resolution: get back to a more consistent routine. NYU is in winter recess, meaning no early morning gym sessions for me. Working in some running instead to burn off some holiday cookies (and maybe for this?). Been so long couldn't remember how to work my stopwatch, hence the approximate times.

3.0 mile run
KL: ~28:00

Slow and steady to see how rusty the wheels were today. Not bad, though got out of the gate too fast and suffered for it at the end (paused 2/3 way through).
