3x5 low-bar back squat (5x95, 5x135, 3x185, 1x205 then 3x5x215)
Kept is super short this morning since I was running late and feeling tightness in my lower back. Got a good bounce out of the bottom, which really helped the weight come up. Each set actually felt progressively more comfortable. To 220 next.
