Catching up
Okay, now that Coles is open again, back to the grind.
Warm-up:
3x5 pushups/situps/squats/pullups
dynamic squat stretching
3x5 low-bar back squat (5x95, 5x135, 3x165, 1x185 then 3x5x200)
3x5 shoulder press (5x45, 5x55, 3x65, 1x75 then 3x5x80)
Squats felt heavy but steady, presses still light enough to focus on form (on looking back, should have gone to 85, but not bad to work on form a bit). Not a bad return to the gym...

Ouch, Coles was closed? That sucks. Don't they know there's lifting to be done?
I know, right? Just shut down for a week of maintenance. Last time, they put in new squat racks, but alas no such goodies this time...
