KL: 6 rounds
MG: 5 rounds
2 rounds:
10 situps
10 hollow rocks
Instead of our usual run/stair work, M and I stopped in on a local park with awesome jungle gym equipment (and pretty extensive pool facilities). Metcon was a lungbuster - tired by the 2nd round, HR in the high 170s afterwards.
