At a a roughly 9:00-9:30 min/mile:
1x3 min run
1x4 min run
1x5 min run

3 rounds of:
10 walking lunges
6 stair box jumps
10 pushups

5 situps
3 pullups
10 situps
3 pullups
15 situps

Last weekend before the wedding, though we might as well get some fitness in before the madness starts. Hot today, so we headed over to East River Park and tried to stay in the shade as much as possible. Box jumps up successive 2 step intervals at a set of shallow stairs near the East River Park amphitheater - the plyometric nature reminded me of old rowing workouts. There's a good (but shallow) set of stairs at the amphitheater itself, though today we used a smaller set to the side that was in the shade.
