Dialing back in
Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching
3x5 bench press (5x45, 5x65, 3x95, 1x115 then 3x5x115)
3x5 low-bar back squat (5x95, 3x135, 1x185 then 3x5x185)
Nothing fancy, just trying to get back to a regular schedule of lifting and conditioning work in the gym after few months away. Dialed the weights back to start back from a reasonable baseline - plan is to squat 2x and DL 1x week, with press/oly/conditioning work slotted in.
The biggest hurdle is getting into a regular schedule again; we'll see how it goes.
