Pullin'
Thought I'd bring back a blast from the past and do some lunge work today. Started out with some dips and weighted pull-ups though
ring dips: 3x1(just to get that feeling back), 4x8
pullups: 1x15xBW, 1x6x15, 2x5x15
Walking lunges, 0.1 miles
138 steps, broken 45,45,25,23
Both ass muscles cramped following post workout stair descent. Strange feeling.
