No real issues, but form sucked on the squats today, and I think it stressed part of my back more than it should. Nothing major, should resolve like normal muscle pain.
3x5 lo-bar squat: (10x45, 5x95, 5x135, 2x185) 5x205(f5) 2x5x205
3x5 bench: (10x45, 5x95, 5x135) 5x175, 5x175(f5), 5x175
1x5 DL: (10x45, 5x111, 5x199) 5x275
Also, I've been getting tennis-elbow like pain in my left elbow and I'd thought it was from various pulling exercises. Apparently, it's from the back squat of all places. I'm going to try a wider grip next time and see if that relieves some of the pressure.
