New squat PR
Alright, went to the gym to see whether I could get a new PR since I've been doing all of these squats. I did it too! Compared to last time, my squat went up about 20 lbs, though my DL is still about 20 lbs shy. Also, I don't think I've ever tried to max out on bench, but looking here and here it seems my max was likely somewhere around 155-160, so that's a big jump as well.
3x1 lo-bar squat (10x45, 5x95, 5x135, 2x185) 1x245, 1x255(f), 1x250(f) (then 5x185)
3x1 bench (10x45, 5x95, 5x135) 1x185, 1x205, 1x215(f) (then 5x155)
3x1 DL (5x133, 5x199, 5x287) 1x317, 1x331(f), 1x325(DNA) (then 10x155)
My left elbow is still getting quite sore from holding the lo-bar squat, so I might try doing high bar for the next few days.

Thanks! I'm thinking I might put the intensive squat work on hold for awhile and get back into more crossfit-y stuff. Mostly because I don't want to eat the 7000 kcals required to show large gains via starting strength.
