Warm-up:
2x10 pushups, situps, squats, pullups
dynamic squat stretching
1x5 deadlift (5x135, 3x185 then 1x5x225)
3x5 bench press (5x45, 3x65, 1x95 then 3x5x115)
Just moving a little weight to keep my strained back loose, kept the load light on the DL. Bench felt good, can go up.
