Warm-up:
2x10 situps, pushups, squats, pullups
dynamic squat stretching

3x5 low-bar back squat (5x95, 3x135, 1x185 then 3x5x210)
3x5 shoulder press (5x45, 5x55, 3x65, 1x75 then 3x5x85)

Squats starting to feel heavy, close to stalling but not quite yet - focusing on making sure I get down past parallel as the loads get high. Press felt heavy, jumped 10 from last time but probably should have been more conservative. Will go to 90 next time.
