Warm-up:
1x10 situps, pushups, squats, pullups

1x5 deadlift (5x135, 3x185, 1x225 then 1x5x260)

Tabata situps (abmat, subbed towel):
10, 10, 10, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9

Dragging a little bit this morning after climbing hard last night and still recovering from/succumbing to a virus. Quick workout today to get in some DL, felt heavy but doable - probably should have warmed up a wee bit more. Should have gone to 265 but didn't remember the loads correctly.

Tabata situps felt too easy in the beginning but definitely not by the end.
