Warm-up:
back squat (to 225)

3x5 back squat (low-bar; 235)
3x5 bench press (155,2x150)
12-12-6 chinups

Still a bit jetlagged today, and feeling tired. Squats were ok, but I'm cheating a bit by switching to low-bar. I just didn't feel like grinding out reps today. Not sure if I will continue the progression this way. Bench sucked.

No, but I bench in a power rack. Haven't needed the rails yet, but it's good to know they're there...
