Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching

3x5 low-bar back squat (45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 185x1 then 195/205/215 x5)

Burgener warmup
2-2-2-2-2-2-2-1-1-1 power clean (45, 65, 95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 165)
then

Death by Power Clean

With a continuously running clock do one power clean the first minute, two power cleans the second minute, three power cleans the third minute...continuing as long as you are able.
*Use 55% - 65% of 1 RM Power Clean
KL: 8 rounds (95)

20 plank walk-ups
4 wrist rollers (2 flexion, 2 extension)

Still getting back into the heavy lifts slowly, felt pretty weak pushing squat weight today but managed to get all reps up. Almost stalled out the last rep of 215. Oly lifts need more work, especially with timing and second/third extension. Put 175 on the bar but back was feeling tweaky, didn't attempt to put it up. Pretty winded by the 8th round of the metcon, HR in the 140s at the finish.

How much weight on the wrist rollers?

10 lbs - it's the only one I've seen at Coles, you can always add more if you'd like though...
