Warm-up:
bench press (lots, to 2x135)

3x5 bench press (2x150,145)
10-10-6 pullup

Very little time today, but I wanted to squeeze some upper-body work in. Legs, particularly glutes and hammies, absolutely smashed from the prowler yesterday. Useless, even if I had time to squat.
