Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching
3x5 shoulder press (45x5, 55x5, 65x3, 75x1 then 85/90/95 x5)
2x20 bench press (45,65)
2 rounds:
5 KTE
10 standing plate twists
5 wrist rollers (10#)
Quick trip by Coles on a snowy day, the gym is still pretty crowded. Presses felt ok, slight stall on the last rep of 95 but can go up next time. The wrist rollers were a real grip burner.
