Warm-up:
500m row (2:00 pace)
snatch technique (to power snatch + snatch at 115)
strict muscle-ups to mature support

snatch (singles to 165, bombed twice)
back squat (high bar; to triple at 210, then a single at 220)

3 rounds:
20 abmat situps
12 sandbag half-moons

Finally back in the gym. Feel like an old man. Managed to tweak my back on the squats. Nothing horrible, but I can definitely feel it.

Hey, do you wear a size 9.5-10 boot? I'm staring at a beautiful pair of Browning boots that are just too big for me. I wore them once, and would like to find them a home. You want? They are cold-weather hunting boots, full leather (17"?), Gore-tex and thinsulate lining, with some crazy Kangaroo-skin toe-guards. Great for chopping wood or kicking ass in the country. Let me know.
