3x20 weighted decline situps (25#)
Probably could have ground through the last two reps, but I'm trying to train like a smart senior citizen. Testament to the wisdom of that is that my back feels great today. Roughly sticking to this program for the heavy lifts, although I snatch instead of power clean. Skills day is basic ring work, and I have skipped conditioning until now (will try and row tonight). Very approximate, but I just want to get my strength back up (everything down 10-20% now), and then I will reassess.
