slow jog (10:00 mile)
dynamic squat stretching
3x3 low-bar back squat (45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 185x1 then 185/205/225[f2] x3)
6x10 kettlebell swings (10, 14, 16, 18, 20, 24 kg)
Couldn't make it climbing with G in Brooklyn, so I finally bit the bullet and went back to lift - been so long that I missed the last cycle of membership at NYU, so I'm trying out NYSC for a month. Not much better than Coles (2 power racks instead of 1), but they do have real kettlebells.
Started off slow and steady, coordination always an issue coming back.
