I think I can, I think I can
warm-up:
10 min jog (10:00 to 9:00 pace)
3x3 deadlift (135x5, 185x3, 225x3, 275x1 then 275/285/295 x3)
5x5 dumbbell shoulder press (2x25, 27.5, 30, 32.5)
3x3 towel pullups
2 rounds of:
20 kettlebell swings (8 kg)
20 situps
Just getting back and doing some work. CV system still reconditioning, some lightheadedness with the deads and a headache with the presses. Took it easy today, can go up with both deadlift and press weights.

I love how on your first day back after 1 million years without training you deadlift so much more than I can...
What's up with the weird press weights? Not whole in either pounds or kilos???
NYSC has dumbbells that go up in 2.5 rather than 5 lb increments. I'd like to think of it as beneficial for microloading, but really it just increases the number of light weights for weaklings like me...
