Warm-up:
court jog
dynamic stretching

3x5 low-bar back squat (45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 185x2 then 225/230/235 x5)

Tabata push press, 65#: bar during rest must be off the ground
10, 8, 6, 6, 8, 6, 8, 8

Really didn't feel like heading to the gym this morning, but felt better once I was there. Squeezing up the squat weights, first work set was rough but got all reps and rounds. Starting to slow a lot in reps 4 and 5, all sets. Go to 230/235/240 next week, but consider dropping to 3x3 for a while.

Short on time and energy, I pulled out the gymboss for a little Tabata taken from the dreaded Tabata Shmabata workout. For whatever reason, didn't think to rest behind the neck and used either the front rack of the hang position... brutal.
