Back in the gym, briefly
Warm-up:
dynamic stretching
plate twists
3x5 low-bar back squat (45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 185x2 then 205/215/225 x5)
1x5 deadlift (135x5, 185x3, 225x2 then 275x5)
Getting back in the swing of things after too much traveling (have to remember to post Peru pics soon). Worked with Dan on squat and deadlift form with lighter weights, he's starting to get comfortable with the motions. Kept the weights lighter today, squats felt pretty heavy by sets 2 and 3. CAn go back up on the deads (1x5 ~315).
