1x5 deadlift (5x135, 5x 185, 3x225, 2x275 then 5x315 [f4])
3x3 low-bar back squat (45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 185x2 then 195/205/215 x3)
10 Arianes (5 per leg)
20 reverse crunches
30 box jumps
Hit deadlifts with Dan again, his form is looking much more comfortable - we focused on getting the bar to track straight and really getting it close in to the shins. DLs felt pretty good, just didn't have it on the last rep. My right knee's still a little tweaked from the Gunks a few weeks ago, so took it easy on the squats. Never felt quite right tonight, in fact the last set felt the most comfortable.
