Active rest

Just to keep the blood flowing, did some late night active rest work

warm-up: 3 rounds x 10 of pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, squats

then, all with dumbbells, 3 rounds x 10 of
curls (I know): 3x20 each arm
bench: 3x70 total
shoulder press: 3x50 total
tricep extension: 2x35, 20 total

I basically wanted to get myself moving, so I did a quick upper body workout with my roommate. Almost failed on the bench and shoulder press on the last round, and I would have failed on the tricep extensions at 35 for sure.

weak weak weak. I'm probably going to start going to the gym on campus and doing squats soon. I'll have to head that direction anytime I want to do a high weight low-rep barbell workout. There shouldn't be as much of a problem as there was at Coles though. They have two squat racks!
