If it does not hurt, it does not count

Went to the gym with Alistair, we did the following.

Benchpress 5x5
- AW: 100, 105, 110, 115, 115
- GF: 145, 165, 165, 165 (F5), 155 (F3)

Deadlifts 3x3: 135, 185, 205

Shoulderpress 3x3
- AW: 65, 75, 75
- GF: 95, 105, 115

Squats 5x5
- AW: 185, 4 x 165
- GF: 155, 4 x 165

Tabata rowing (4 min): resistance 4 notches from the left (a bit less than half). We did about 14 strokes per 20 seconds.

Again, the Tabata is the killer. Felt completely drained afterward.

No one, its just that I have been disciplined enough to go at least once a week (which turns out to be a lot more than 0...).

The weights are still low, but it is much more than I have ever done.

Unfortunately I will start traveling soon and thus I am afraid I will have to start back at zero in September.
