Warm-up:
dynamic stretching
3x5 bench press (45x5, 85x5, 95x3, 115x2 then 135/145/155[f5-DNA] x5)
3x5 low-bar back squat (45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 185x2 then 225/235/245 x5)
2 rounds:
10 Arianes (one-legged walk to plank-pushup-walk back up)
10 reverse crunches
Some lifting to start the week. Bench felt okay but didn't feel like pushing too heavy without a spotter. Squats felt really solid. Threw in some of Guillaume's new favorite exercise, one round alternating and one round with one leg first then the other.

You need to do sets of 10 on one leg! Much better.
I did 30 of these this morning (15 per leg without touching the ground with one leg). It seems like a good warm-up exercise to get the glutes/hips firing properly since the initial portion is a single-leg deadlift.
30, nice. I also like that it trains balance.
