Some lighter stuff to work on overhead stability and keeping the bar close.
Lu Xiaojun took gold and set world records in the snatch and total (77kg category) at the World Weightlifting Championships. This included a 174kg snatch! All footage listed here.

Xiaojun with the push jerk at 200 kg! Makes it look so steady...
I cannot even deadlift that weight.
