Warm-up:
foam rolling
good mornings
4x5 back squat (high-bar; 95,135,155,175)
4x6 (per leg) Bulgarian split-squat (95)
5x3 weighted pullup (45,65,70,2x75)
3x12 cable pull-through (120,140,150)
Split-squats were surprisingly hard. Embarrassingly so. Set these up in the power rack using the pins. Gonna stick with light back squats and single-leg work for a couple of weeks to rehab my hip.

When you do the Bulgarian split squats, how do you set up your front leg? Do you try to keep the knee from wandering too far forward over the foot?
Hard to describe. I'll show you in person or get some video for you.
