3-3-3-3-2-1 weighted pull-up (25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50)
5-5-3-3-3 hang power clean (45, 95, 115, 125, 135)
Light day today, both because of jetlag and a case of the sniffles caught somewhere between NYC and London. No metcon but I'll ty to catch up tomorrow. Stepped down from a 3x5 scheme to 5x3 for the bench, but will keep it to 3x3 for now since I'm hitting PRs as far as I can tell by the third work set.
Wanted to back squat, but the one power rack at Coles was alternatively taken by a kid doing quarter squats with 185# and a dude curling an empty bar - aaaarrgh. HPCs felt good trying to work an explosive second pull.
