Greedy lifting
Warm-up:
hip bridges
back extensions
x-band walks
5x2 power snatch (75,95,115,125,135)
snatch (150,160,6x165 [f1-6])
clean + jerk (135,165,175,185,2x195 [fc1-2])
2-1-1-10 back squat (high-bar; 185,225,235,155)
4x8 glute-ham raises
Jumped weights a bit too fast on my lifts, and ended up missing a bunch in the end. Too bad, cause the lifts I made felt pretty good (probably why I jumped weights so fast!). Tried a few low-bar squats to test hip, and I definitely still feel it, so I didn't squat very heavy. I think I need to figure out some alternative leg work, cause I can definitely feel my legs getting weaker (cleans are starting to get pretty slow).
GHRs finally starting to feel easier (ie, hamstrings not going to pop).

Hmm, how bout lunges or Bulgarian split squats? You can adjust the mechanics to make it more quad dominant...
Good options.
