3x5 shoulder press (45x5, 65x5, 70x5, 85x3, 95x1 then 100/105/110 x5)
1-1-1-1-1 power snatch (95x2, 115x2, 135[f])
Really awesome session at Brooklyn Barbell today with Brian, we finished up with some tire/snatch madness that I'll wait for him to post. Front squats were tough but got better as the weight went up. Presses really close to stalling out on the last reps, especially at 110.
CFSB week 3:
- back squat - 225, 230, 235
- bench press - 145, 150, 155
- deadlift - 305, 315, 325 - 145x20
- front squat - 180, 185, 190
- shoulder press - 100, 105, 110
