Warm-up:
dynamic stretching

3x3 deadlift (135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 275x1 then 315/325/335 x3)
1x20 deadlift (155)

Every minute on the minute for 10 min:
~55m sprint (2 lengths bb court)
KL: 12-14 s each round

Cool-down:
2x5 snatch balance (45, 65)

Not much rest between today and last night's squat/bench session, and I could really feel it in the deads. Tightness in the lower back from the get-go, but the weights all went up relatively smoothly. Getting heavy though, might switch to 5# increments soon. Threw in a sprint metcon to balance out all the heavy lifting. Felt easy at first but by the 6th round recovery was harder and harder; HR in the high 160s at completion.
