Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching (barely)
3x5 front squat (45x5x2, 95x5, 135x3, 165x2 then 175/180/185 x5)
3x5 shoulder press (45x5, 55x5, 65x5, 75x3, 85x2 then 95/100/105 x5)
Quick session to get my lifting in for the week. Need to hit the metcon more next week. Dialed back the front squat weight but it felt solid today, next time up to 180/185/190. Presses slowing a little at 105 but no real stall; will try to go up next week to 100/105/110.
CFSB week 2:
- back squat - 220, 225, 230
- bench press - 140, 145, 150
- deadlift - 295, 305, 315 - 135x20
- front squat - 175, 180, 185
- shoulder press - 95, 100, 105
