Nikyu Shina

After a vigorous first 'warm-up' class Dave took his sankyu shinsa and then I took my nikyu shinsa. Robb and Jaclyn stopped by and said that it didn't look as bad as it felt to me. Luckily for me, every said that other than being too tense and stiff on my weapons it was a good shinsa and I got many complements on my aikido. I started to look at the video this morning and it doesn't look as bad as it felt being up there. When I've extracted and compressed the video I'll post it. Now on to study for the ikkyu shinsa...
