2-2-2-1-1 clean + jerk (140,150,160,150,160)
5x8 snatch shrug (170)
6-6-6-4-4 back squat (high-bar; 160,175,185,2x200)
Had very little space to lift. Subbed power snatches from the hang to avoid smashing mirrors. Tried harder to "push under the bar" during the jerk. This worked really well on a few reps, so long as I didn't forget about my back foot.
Cut the squats one set short. Right glute really bothering me.
