Rehabbing a tweaked back and fighting off some sort of cold. Had to kill two workouts recently (last Friday and this Monday, not logged) without getting past snatches. Felt somewhat less tired today. Pulling from the floor is still sore, but I think the daily KB swings in the morning are helping things out.
