Pretty decent lifting considering I woke up at 3AM and puked up last night's dinner. Lost the last three snatches forward; elevation is there, I just need to be a bit more aggressive. Jerks sucked again; my shoes are pretty slippery on the platform.
Used one of the older generation Pendlay barbells, which felt really nice. Awesome knurling and it whipped even at the pitiful weights I was lifting.
