Fairly sloppy lifting today, still a bit sick. Joints, elbows and shoulders, pretty sore from muscle-ups yesterday. Third pull feeling snappier, but I'm video shows some jumping forward at the heavier weights. Gotta keep an eye on that. Also, catch is really soft, and standing up seems harder; need to work in some more heavy balances and ohs. One positive is that pulling from the floor isn't bothering my hip as much; hopefully my hip is on the mend.
