SfN workout

bbell complex, 50#
10 pull-ups
10 push-ups

Not in the best of form given that I'm at the conference, but I wanted to get some movement in. Hotel gym fairly deficient, but at least they had some barbells. I didn't do this for time at all, but after completing one station I'd head immediately to the next.
