Pathetic
Went to the gym. I have always disliked the gym, but this time, after 1 year of not going, the return is even more painful than usual. I did:
20 burpees
3x5 benchpress at 135
3x5 weighted pullups: +35, +40, +35
15 box jumps (about 2 feet - a bit above the knee)
3 turkish getups on each side: 30, 30, 25.
5 minutes running, 8 minute mile with random hills.
It was my first time doing turkish getups and they were atrocious. Next time I'll reduce the weight and work on form.
The plan was to run 20 minutes but after 5 I was dead and had to press the cool down button which gave me about 3 minutes of walking. My heart rate was at 178...

Indeed, I never thought I we need that stupid thing though!
